Day 1 – Tour of the Sundarban Hilsa Festival 2026
The day starts with a smooth drive from Kolkata or Canning Railway Station to Godkhali and then a cruise to your hotel located in the Sundarbans. Following a lunch of typical Bengali cuisine consisting of freshly caught Hilsa fish, you will visit the rural villages and rice paddies, witnessing the lifestyle of the fishing and honey gathering communities. The afternoon is dedicated to bird watching along the river banks, where one can spot kingfishers, egrets, Brahminy kites, and other rare birds.

Day 2 – Embarks you on an adventurous day-long cruise into the mangrove jungle of Sundarbans escorted by an authorized forest guide and valid permissions. Pay visits to renowned watchtowers such as Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali, and Dobanki while traveling through small channels in pursuit of the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger, crocodiles, spotted deer, wild boars, dolphins, and a variety of birds.
